White Russian

 

The White Russian isn’t actually Russian in origin, but rather called that because of the milk added and the vodka. You can omit the milk and you’ll have a cocktail named by a Belgian barman called a Black Russian.

1 OUNCE KAHLUA

1 OUNCE HEAVY CREAM

Directions

  1. Over Ice:  Pour the vodka and kahlua into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass and stir. Float the cream on top.

  2. Up:  Stir the vodka and kahlua in a mixing glass with ice, and strain into a chilled sherry glass. Float the cream on top.
