Champagne Punch
Not only is this a deliciously elegant cocktail, pouring the bubbly over frozen lemonade is a crowd-pleasing must after popping the cork. Simply garnishing with fresh raspberries dresses-up any bar cart, table, or serving tray.

1 BOTTLE PROSECCO OR FRENCH CHAMPAGNE (TOPO CHICO FOR MOCKTAIL)
12 FL. OZ. FROZEN RASPBERRY LEMONADE
FRESH RASPBERRIES
FRESH MINT LEAVES
BLOOD ORANGE SLICES OR LEMON SLICES
Directions
In a large punch bowl, add frozen raspberry lemonade.
Uncork the prosecco or champagne and slowly pour over the frozen lemonade; stir gently until frozen block is dissolved.
Add fresh raspberries, sprigs of mint, and/or citrus slices to the bowl as garnishes and serve!
