Cocktail Sauce
Sweet with a little kick, Cocktail Sauce, a.k.a. red sauce, reminds me of Christmas Eve shrimp cocktails, lump crab meat salads in the summertime, and seafood pizzas with my favorite mocktail by the water.

1 CUP KETCHUP
1 LARGE LEMON, JUICED
1 TABLESPOON HORSERADISH
1/4 CUP CELERY, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER SAUCE
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with a whisk.
Serve in a lumb crap cocktail, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, as a side for oysters, on fish tacos, or spread on a seafood sandwich.
