SUPERFINE SUGAR

1-1/2 OUNCES LEMON-FLAVORED VODKA

1 OUNCE GRAND MARNIER OR COINTREAU

1-1/2 OUNCES FRESH LEMON JUICE

1/2 OUNCE FRESH ORANGE JUICE

LEMON PEEL

Directions

  1. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass  with the lemon wedge, and dip it into the superfine sugar to coat. 

  2. Shake the liquid ingredients with ice, and strain into the prepared glass.

  3. Garnish with lemon peel.

Tip: You may zest and additional lemon and let the zest dry-out for ten minutes before adding the zest to the sugar.
