Roasted Garlic & White Cheddar Pumpkin Dip

CONFESSION: I crave this dip an unhealthy amount during the fall season, but especially for Halloween. It’s restaurant-quality, absolute knock-your-socks-off sensational and low-carb to boot. If you’re craving something nutrient-dense—but also rich with white cheddar and yummy pumpkin—she’s your girl.

Easy to prep the night before, just add it to a baking dish and bake when you’re ready. Quality cheese is the star of this dip; you can cut corners everywhere else with generic ingredients… just not with the sssheeze. Enjoy!
