Savory Toast is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is packed with nutrients and flavor.
Variations could include avocado or mascarpone in lieu of hummus, as well as additions of egg, shallots, cucumbers, or olives.

2 SLICES EZEKIAL SESAME BREAD
2 TABLESPOONS HUMMUS SPREAD
8-10 SMALL TOMATOES
2-3 TEASPOONS NON-PAREIL CAPERS
3 PINCHES MICROGREENS
1 TEASPOON BALSAMIC GLAZE OR HOT HONEY
FRESH DILL OR FINELY GRATED PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
CHOPPED WALNUTS OR CHIA SEEDS
Directions
Lightly toast bread and evenly spread hummus.
Thinly slice tomatoes and add atop hummus.
Add capers and microgreens to evenly coat tomatoes.
Drizzle with desired amount of glaze or honey.
Top with dill, cheese, nuts, or seeds and enjoy.
