Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade Sauce is a mayo or yogurt-based sauce resembling tartar sauce, but remoulade has a more savory, herb-like flavor—definitely my favorite go-to sauce for seafood. If you prefer more of a kick, you can add a little Cajun spice like Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning or Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning to the list of elements.
