Yes, Please Meat Lasagna

16 OUNCES SMALL CURD COTTAGE CHEESE OR RICOTTA CHEESE
16 OUNCES MOZZARELLA CHEESE, SHREDDED
8 OUNCES PARMESAN CHEESE, SHREDDED
(2) 24-OUNCE JARS MARINARA SAUCE
1 BOX NO-BOIL LASAGNA NOODLES
1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 TEASPOON FRESH BASIL, CHOPPED
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground meat and brown well;
drain the grease.Add garlic salt, pepper, fresh basil, and one jar of marinara sauce; stir well.
Add cottage or ricotta cheese and stir to incorporate; simmer for five minutes.
Open second jar of marinara sauce, and add one cup of sauce to the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish; spread evenly with a spatula.
Add two ladles of meat sauce to the casserole dish; spread evenly.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, and stagger three lasagna noodles (see below)
over the cheese.Repeat layers two more times, and finish the top layer with mozzarella and
parmesan cheese.Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray and cover lasagna; cut holes for venting.
Bake for 45-50 minutes and serve.
