2 STICKS BUTTER,

ROOM TEMPERATURE

1/2 CUP RAW HONEY

1/4 CUP SAFFLOWER OIL

1 TEASPOON GROUND CEYLON CINNAMON


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and blend with a hand mixer.

  2. Add a funnel to a sterilized, glass jar and pour the butter into the jar leaving about 1/2” of space at the top.

  3. Add the seal and lid; refrigerate.

  4. If gifting, make sure to seal lid in a water bath prior to refrigeration.

  5. Store for up to 3 months in the refrigerator depending on butter expiration date. If it’s created from scratch using heavy whipping cream, store for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
